Period Verification and Correction

Overview​

This article introduces how to create a scheduled data Verification and Correction DataJob.

Steps​

Create DataJob​

  • Log in the CloudCanal console.

  • DataJob > Create DataJob.

  • Select the source and target DataSource.

  • Select Verification and Correction.

  • Select Periodic and check Revise after Check mode.

  • Select the tables. Only tables that already exist can be selected.

  • Click Next Step. period_verfication_correction_3.png

  • Select the columns.

  • Click Next Step. period_verfication_correction_4.png

  • Click Create DataJob button. period_verfication_correction_5.png

  • DataJob show the time of the next execution, and it will automatically executing when the time arrive.

  • If click Execute Immediately button, the DataJob will start executing immediately after 2 minutes. period_verfication_correction_6.png

  • Corrections are automatically made after the verification is completed. period_verfication_correction_7.png

View History​

  • After at least one Verification and Correction, the execution history will appear.

  • Verification History including the number of checked rows, missing rows and inconsistent rows. period_verfication_correction_9.png

  • Correction History including total corrected rows, corrected loss and diff rows. period_verfication_correction_10.png

View Verification Log​

  • DataJob > Details > Log, click diff.log tab, this file records loss and diff data info. period_verfication_correction_8.png
